DABCO® 33 LV is a catalyst that promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction. It is a mixture consisting of:

Applications

For foam formulations, DABCO® 33 LV can replace DABCO® CRYSTALLINE at a ratio of 3:1. For example, 0.3 parts per hundred parts polyol (pphp) of DABCO® 33 LV replaces 0.1 pphp of DABCO® CRYSTALLINE.
