Desmophen® 1400 BT is suitable for creating:

It can be combined with various Desmodur® products and thinned with solvents such as esters, ketones, and aromatics. Only polyurethane-grade solvents with less than 0.05% water should be used to ensure proper performance.

Storage and Handling

• Storage Conditions:
  • Store in original, sealed Covestro container.
  • Recommended storage temperature: 15 - 25 °C.
  • Protect from moisture, heat, and foreign materials.
• Moisture Sensitivity: The product is sensitive to moisture and should be kept tightly sealed in its original container to avoid degradation.
• Shelf Life: Covestro guarantees that the product will meet its specifications for twelve months from the date of shipment if stored properly. After this period, the product may still meet specifications, but testing is recommended to confirm its quality.
