WorléeCryl® 7450

WorléeCryl 7450 is an acrylic emulsion known for its high blocking resistance. Blocking resistance refers to the ability of a coating to resist sticking to another surface under pressure or elevated temperatures.

Outstanding Characteristics: High blocking resistance.

Properties and Application: This acrylic emulsion is recommended for use in formulating parquet sealers and stains, particularly when combined with PU (polyurethane) emulsions.

• Non-volatile content: 45% ± 1
• pH value: 7.0 - 8.0
• Density: approximately 1.06 g/cm³
• Viscosity: maximum 500 mPa·s at 20°C (Brookfield)
• Emulsion system: anionic
• Minimum film formation temperature (MFFT): 0°C
• Glass transition temperature (Tg): Core = 73°C, Shell = -11°C

Storage Stability: The storage stability in the originally closed barrel is up to six months at a storage temperature between +5 to +25°C, counted from the day of delivery ex works.
