Procedure:

1. Prepare Mill Base: Add water, dispersing agent, defoamer, co-solvent, TiO2, and CaCO3 into the mill-base tank. Disperse with high shear rate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Let-Down Tank: In the let-down tank, add Maincote PR71K, defoamer, water, co-solvent premix, antiflash rust additive, and thickener, progressively with continuous stirring.
