SETALUX® 1218 VX-70 is an acrylic polyol with 2.8% OH (hydroxyl) content calculated on non-volatiles. Here are the key details:

Solvent Composition: It is dissolved in a mixture of solvent naphtha and xylene, with a ratio of 63/37.

Technical Features:

• When used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates, it exhibits fast drying and good chemical resistance.

Application: SETALUX® 1218 VX-70 is suitable for medium solids industrial lacquers with good adhesion on difficult metal substrates and some plastic substrates.

Storage Conditions: It should be stored tightly closed and dry in a cool, well-ventilated place, away from heat, sparks, flame, and other sources of ignition.

Shelf Life: The standard shelf life is 720 days from the date of manufacturing, but it may be extended based upon retesting by allnex Quality Control.
