LIOPUR PFL 2315

LIOPUR PFL 2315 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion consisting of a polyester/polycarbonate combination. It is solvent- and TEA-free and supplied as a 35% solution in water.

Properties include:

• Appearance: Transparent to slightly colloidal
• Non-volatile content: 35 +/- 2%
• pH-value: 7.0 – 9.0
• Viscosity: 20 - 500 mPas
• Minimum film forming temperature: Approximately 20°C
• Organic solvents: <1%

This dispersion forms transparent, tack-free films with good surface hardness upon air-drying. It exhibits high toughness, resilience, tear strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. LIOPUR PFL 2315 is suitable for use in air-drying, aqueous, 2-pack parquet floor varnishes. It enhances wood grain and can be easily incorporated into formulations with polyisocyanates.

Storage recommendation: Store tightly sealed in a frost-free place.
