IMPRANIL® DAH

Impranil® DAH is an anionic, aromatic polyether-polyurethane dispersion primarily used as a flexible tie coat in the production of materials for outerwear, bags/luggage, shoes, and athletic shoes. Here's a summary of its key features:

Characterization: Impranil® DAH is an anionic, aromatic polyether-polyurethane dispersion.

Form Supplied: It is supplied as a white low-viscosity dispersion in water with a solids content of approximately 35%.

Special Properties:

• • Free from organic solvents and emulsifiers
  • Acts as a tie coat for Impranil High Solid products

  • Tensile strength: ~10 MPa (original)
  • Elongation at break: ~700%
  • Volume swelling: Varies with different solvents, with ethyl acetate causing around 150% swelling and water causing around 6% swelling.

Storage: It should be stored in the original sealed Covestro container at a recommended temperature of 5 - 30°C and protected from frost, heat, and foreign material.
