Desmodur® eco N 7300

Desmodur® eco N 7300 is a biobased aliphatic polyisocyanate (PDI-trimer) primarily used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coating systems. Here are its key properties and applications:

Compatibility: Generally compatible with aliphatic and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols, and polyacrylates, though compatibility should be tested.

Properties/Applications: Used primarily as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, excellent gloss retention, and outstanding mechanical properties. Typically used with polyacrylate or polyester polyols as co-reactants.

Storage: Should be stored in its original sealed Covestro container at a recommended temperature of 0 - 30 °C, protected from moisture, heat, and foreign material.
