This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – “Policy”) is an official document of Sabitzer OÜ (hereinafter – “Company”) and applies to all information (hereinafter – “Information”), including personal and private data (hereinafter – “Personal Information”) that may be transferred by a natural person, individual entrepreneur, or legal entity (hereinafter – “User”) in the process of using this website or application of the Company (hereinafter – “Service”).

This Policy was developed specifically to provide Users with information on the methods and purposes of collection, processing, storage, recording, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, depersonalization, deletion and any other kind of interaction with Information within the Service (hereinafter – “Processing”).

Basic principles and provisions

The User’s use of this Service expresses his full and unconditional consent to this Policy. In case of disagreement with the provisions of this Policy, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Service and leave it.

In cases requiring manual Processing of Information, Processing is performed by the Company’s representatives with appropriate rights, who in turn undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the information received.

Only system (technical) information, which is NOT personal or private, may be collected automatically by software tools during the use of the Service by Users: IP address, HTTP headers, cookies, pixel tags, browser ID data, software information, etc.

Information Processing

The User’s personal information may be included in the relevant documents (contracts, invoices, acts, certificates, etc.) for their subsequent provision or transfer directly to the User in case of such a need in the process of using the services provided by the Service, or other interaction.

The User’s personal information may be completely removed from the places of its storage in case of a corresponding request from the User, provided that there are no any economic (including financial) interactions between the User and the Company. The relevance of the retention period of the User’s Personal Information in this case is determined by the applicable legislation regarding the maintenance and reporting of economic transactions, as well as other provisions of the applicable legislation.

Such information as IP addresses, cell phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. may be stored for the purposes of further fraud and spam control as long as it remains relevant.

Contact information of the User: telephone number, e-mail address, name and patronymic (hereinafter referred to as “Contact Information”) – in case of such necessity may be transferred by representatives of the Company to another User directly related to the services rendered in order to increase productivity and improve the quality of services rendered.

Contact information of the User can be used for the purposes of communication of the Company’s representatives directly with the User, as well as for sending information messages in order to increase productivity and improve the quality of services provided.

User information, if necessary, may be shared with the following categories of third parties with whom we cooperate:

  • Payment (billing) companies: for billing, financial transactions and payments for services, as well as for mutual settlements;
  • Law enforcement agencies: to satisfy applicable legal requirements;
  • Fraud prevention and anti-spam services: to protect against criminal activity;
  • Moderators, administrators and other Company representatives who are authorized, supervise compliance with rules and regulations and perform administrative functions;
  • Advertising partners and suppliers of targeted advertising.

Representatives of the Company may use the Information provided by Users for the purposes of dispute resolution, problem resolution and enforcement of rules, in accordance with this Policy, applicable law, as well as other contractual relations that may be established between the User and the Company in the course of interaction.

Anonymous information about Users’ actions on the Service: visits, clicks, views, etc. – can be used for its further analysis and study in order to increase productivity and improve the quality of services provided.

Use of cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on users’ devices and store information that provides convenience when using a particular resource (site, service, application).

In the event of a reorganization, the Company may transfer User Information to the reorganized or newly formed entity.
