UVEKOL® S 15 is a one-component acrylic resin designed specifically for the lamination of glass systems. When exposed to UV light for 20 minutes, it cures, producing laminates with excellent impact resistance. This product is suitable for use with various types of glass, including flat and bent, tempered, coated, and other varieties.

Application Procedure: The lamination process involves cleaning the glass panes to be laminated, joining them with a double-sided adhesive tape, leaving a small opening, then pumping UVEKOL® S 15 into the cavity between the panes. The resin is then cured in a UV oven for 20 minutes. This process does not require heating or pressure.
Properties of UVEKOL® S20 Based Glass Laminates:

Precautions: UVEKOL® S 15 should be stored in a dry place away from heat sources at a temperature of 15 to 30°C. It has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Packaging and Quality Certification: Available in plastic drums of 180 kg net weight and containers schütz of 1000 kg net weight. Manufacturing is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
