WorléeSol NW 410

WorléeSol NW 410 is a solvent-free medium oil, special modified alkyd emulsion designed for the formulation of water-thinnable decorative and do-it-yourself (DIY) paints. Here are its key characteristics and usage details:

• Non-volatile Content: Contains approximately 46% non-volatile content after one hour at 125°C.
• Oil Content: Approximately 40%.
• Viscosity: The maximum viscosity at 20°C (delivery form) is 3,000 mPa⋅s using a Brookfield viscometer (spindle 4/20 rpm).
• Density: At 23°C, the density is around 1.050 g/cm³.
• Appearance: It appears as a milky liquid.
• Delivery Form: Supplied as 46% emulsion in water.
• Application and Properties: WorléeSol NW 410 is primarily used in the manufacturing of water-thinnable decorative and DIY paints, especially those requiring good brushability, excellent leveling, and good filling properties. It is particularly recommended for high-gloss top coats and can also be used in the formulation of wood protection stains. It is advised not to use WorléeSol NW 410 during the grinding process.
• Recommended Storage and Transport Conditions: Store and transport between 5 to 25°C, protecting against freezing and direct sunlight.
• Stability: The stability of WorléeSol NW 410 is three months from the date of manufacture in unopened containers under the specified conditions.
