White anti-corrosive primer for airless spray based on Neocryl* XK-87 and Nubirox* 106

This formulation is for a white anti-corrosive primer suitable for airless spray application, provided by Ashland. It incorporates aquaflow™ XLS-500E and aquaflow™ NHS-300E as non-ionic synthetic associative thickeners (NSAT) and is based on Neocryl XK-87 and Nubirox 106.

Applied Properties:

• Leveling Leneta: 7 (1-10; 10=Best)
• Sag Resistance: 600 microns
• Gloss (60°): 11 GU
• pH: 8-9

These properties indicate that the primer offers good sag resistance and gloss, making it suitable for applications where corrosion protection and aesthetics are important.
