Preparation Steps:
Mill-Base Preparation:
Mix deionized water, dispersing agent, defoamer, neutralizer, pigments, and fillers.
High shear mixing for 10-15 minutes.
Add anticorrosion additive.
Let-Down Stage:
Gradually add binder, defoamer, water, dryer, thickener, and flash-rust inhibitor with continuous stirring.
Performance Testing:
Salt-Spray Test: 600 hours on cold-rolled steel, 80-85 µm DFT
Humidity Test (DIN EN ISO 6270): 600 hours on CRS, 80-85 µm DFT
