Water thinnable red two-pack PU topcoat, based on Bayhydrol A 145

This formulation describes a water-thinnable red two-pack polyurethane (PU) topcoat, based on Bayhydrol A 145 and Bayhydur 304. Here's a simplified description:

• Dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether

Incorporation: Stir for approximately 5 minutes in a dissolver.

Application: Compressed-air spraying.

• Thinning with water: Approximately 15%
• Spray viscosity, DIN 53211-cup 4mm, at 23°C: Approximately 30 seconds

• Drying dust-free: Approximately 30 minutes
• Tack-free: Approximately 3 hours
• Haze and Gloss (20° angle), DIN 67530 / ISO 2813: 20 / 86
