UCECOAT® 7210

Introduction:

• UCECOAT® 7210 can be mixed with UCECOAT® 7200 in all proportions to formulate protective UV coatings with adjustable flexibility and other desired properties.

Formulation Recommendations:

• Stir UCECOAT® 7210 prior to use, especially after prolonged storage.
• Can be further diluted with water.
• pH adjustment may be required before formulation by adding a solution of sodium hydroxide or an amine solution.
• Addition of a wetting agent like TegoTM Wet 280 can benefit the aspect of the coating.

Storage and Handling:

• Avoid exposure to temperatures exceeding 40°C or direct sunlight, as it may cause colloidal destabilization or uncontrollable polymerization.
• Due to the presence of water, store above 4°C.
• Use stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene, or baked phenolic lined containers for storage.
• Use air to displace material removed from the container.
• Do not store for more than 6 months.
