The PVC (Pigment Volume Concentration) is set at 30% using makeean* M818, a pure acrylic deeptone base paint.

1. Water:
   • Function: Serves as the primary vehicle for the formulation, facilitating dispersion and application.
2. Wetting/Dispersing Agents:
   • Sodium Polyphosphate (Calgon N) and Ammonium Polyacrylate (Dispex CX 4240): Aid in dispersing pigments and fillers evenly throughout the formulation.
3. Co-Dispersant (Phosphate Ester Strodex PK-85NV):
   • Function: Enhances the effectiveness of the wetting/dispersing agents, promoting better dispersion of pigments and fillers.
4. In-Can Preservative (Biocide Parmetol A28S):
