Ecodis™ 40 ensures the complete dispersion of extenders and inorganic pigments, particularly in systems with medium to high PVC (Pigment Volume Concentration). It is versatile and suitable for dispersing titanium dioxide, kaolin, and calcium carbonates. Common applications include dispersion paints, as well as adhesives and sealants.
Recommended Addition Level:
The recommended amount varies from 0.1% to 0.5% of active ingredients based on the total weight of paint formulations. It is advisable to disperse pigments and fillers in a pH range between 7.0 and 9.5.
