Description:
Coapur™ XS 71 is recommended for water-based systems requiring high in-can viscosities and excellent pigment compatibility for use in tinting machines or manual coloration. It offers a unique pseudoplastic rheology profile, performing strongly at medium shear rates and significantly at high shear rates. Its use ensures smooth structure and optimized ease of coat with no spatter. Coapur™ XS 71 facilitates excellent color development with pigment pastes, even in the presence of problematic binders. It limits viscosity drop after pigment paste addition, eliminates pigment flooding and floating during storage, and enables excellent results based on rub-out tests.

Recommended Addition Level:
As the sole thickener in matte dispersion paints: 0.1% to 1%, combined with a high and/or medium shear effective thickener in all kinds of formulations: 0.05% to 0.8%, both based on active content.

Standard Packaging:
Available in 1000L IBC and 220L drum. Other packaging options may be available upon request.

Handling & Storage:
Store between 5°C and 40°C, protected from weathering and direct sun exposure. Reseal packaging immediately after use. Use within 12 months under these conditions.
