Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB-381-2) is a cellulose ester with a high butyryl content and high ASTM(A) viscosity. It is utilized in various applications such as coatings for automotive and industrial purposes, including coatings for plastics, leather, cloth, wood, as well as lacquers for automotive, paper, plastic, and wood. It can also be used in heat seal adhesives and nail care products.
