Product Description: Deuteron MM 684 is a synergistic compound of organic duromeric PMU powder (Polymethyl urea) combined with inorganic materials. It is specifically formulated as a matting agent for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) systems and is free of waxes.

Applications: Deuteron MM 684 can be used in various coating applications, including water-borne, solvent-borne, and 100% systems. It can be employed as a stand-alone additive or combined with other materials to enhance their properties. The use of Deuteron MM 684 is known to improve properties such as matting effect, viscosity stability, mechanical and chemical resistance, scratch resistance, resistance to polishing, temperature resistance, touch feeling, blocking resistance, insolubility in common paint solvents, and biodegradability of polymer content.

Dosage: The typical addition range of Deuteron MM 684 is between 1% to 8%. However, the required dosage level depends on various factors such as binder type, additives, solvent content, layer thickness, and film shrinkage.
