This formulation is tailored for a high gloss white top coat with increased solids content, aiming to deliver a durable and lustrous finish with improved coverage and opacity. It incorporates a range of components to optimize its properties and performance, including binders, pigments, rheology modifiers, and additives for stability and application characteristics.

Components and Their Functions:

1. Water
   • Function: Acts as a vehicle for other components, facilitating dispersion and application.
2. Biocide (Nuosept BIC)
   • Function: In-can preservative, preventing microbial growth within the paint.
3. Foam Control Agent (Drew™ 210-886)
   • Function: Manages foam formation during mixing and application, ensuring a smooth finish.
4. Wetting/Dispersing Agent (Disperbyk 190)
   • Function: Promotes the dispersion of pigments and fillers, facilitating uniform distribution and color development.
5. Rheology Modifiers (NSAT Aquaflow™ NMS-450E)
   • Function: Adjusts the viscosity and flow behavior of the paint, enhancing its application properties.
6. Pigment (Titanium Dioxide Kronos 2190)
   • Function: Primary pigment providing opacity, brightness, and whiteness to the coating.
7. Binder (Alkyd Emulsion Uradil AZ 785-Z52)
